Shipping
My processing time is 3 to 5 days for average size orders, larger orders 5 to 7 days. If you order late in the day don”t count that day.
Example: Order is placed 4 pm on Monday. Start counting from Tuesday. After the 3 days if the order is shipped standard shipping it takes 3 to 6 days in the mail.
According to USPS, Priority is 2 to 3 days and they have generally been really good about those time frames.
NOTE about Priority Shipping: The aforementioned 2 to 3 days is “time in the mail”. It is NOT when it the shipment will arrive. Example: If you order on Monday and choose priority your package will not arrive on Wednesday.
Choosing priority does not change processing time the extra $ goes to USPS for the upgrade.
Returns
The county that we have Ultra Vixen registered in requires a health certificate for “intimate apparel”. This classification does not allow us to resell returned items. We must dispose of them or we are breaking the law. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES / NO EXCEPTIONS
